Image

MCBA celebrates Black History Month by highlighting Black leaders who are working daily to reverse the harms caused by the War on Drugs. It’s time we give them their flowers. Join us in celebrating Devin Alexander.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Devin Alexander started working as a Budtender at a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in his hometown of Quincy back in 2017. Devin is a graduate of the first cohort of the Massachusetts Social Equity Program as well as the Co-Founder, CEO and Majority Owner of Rolling Releaf, a Marijuana Delivery Operator based in Newton, Massachusetts.

Devin was very instrumental in crafting the regulations for the Marijuana Delivery Operator License, a License set aside exclusively for Social Equity Applicants for a number of Years.
Rolling Releaf received it’s Notice to Commence Operations this past week from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission and is on track to become the first Black Owned Cannabis Business and the first Social Equity Certified Cannabis Business in the City of Newton.
